Es ist wohl sehr touristisch, schon morgens um 10:00 Uhr in der Schlange zu stehen, aber eine Salzmine, dass hört sich doch interessant an. Wir bezahlen unsere Tickets und laufen hinunter. Der Eingang ähnelt sehr dem der „Spaceachterbahn“ im Phantasialand – hätten wir uns hier schon wundern sollen?

Wir laufen die Treppen hinab und die Gänge entlang, in typische deutscher Erwartung einiger Hinweistafeln und Erklärungen über den Salzabbau. Eine einzige (eher unrelevante) Tafel in der ganzen Mine. Die anderen Touristen scheint das alles gar nicht zu stören, wir wundern uns schon ein wenig… bis wir es entdecken, das vermutliche Ziel der rumänischen Touristen: Disneyland Romania. Tatsache. Neben der Bowlingbahn, dem Fußballsplatz, dem Amphitheater und dem Minigolfplatz stehen Minnie und Micke Mouse vor einem Bild des Disneylandschloss‘, bereit für das nächste Foto!

Zu einer Bootstour lassen wir uns dann doch hinreisen, denn eins muss man dem „Erfinder“ lassen: die große Mine ist echt spacig in Szene gesetzt!

We walk down the stairs and along the corridors, in typical German expectation of some signs and explanations about the salt mining. A single (rather Irrelevant) board in all tehere is in the whole mine. The other tourists seem not to be disturbed by anything, we wonder a bit … until we discover it, the target of the Romanian tourists: Disneyland Romania. Fact. In addition to bowling, the football field, the amphitheater and the mini golf Minnie and Micke Mouse standing in front of an image of the Disneyland castle, ready for the next photo!

We take a boat tour in the salt-lake, because the large mine is really spacey staged!
